This Privacy Policy covers our use of any personally identifiable information that we collect when you are on our sites, when you use our applications and when you use our services.


We collect personally identifiable information when you register as a user on our website or application, when you use certain of our services and when you enter promotions or competitions. When you register with us we ask for your name, email address and mobile number. We may use this information to keep you updated on our progress or to provide you with promotions to use our service, which you may opt-out of.

Once you register with us and sign into our services, you are not anonymous to us. We do this to ensure our Tour Operators receive genuine and valid Tour booking requests. When you make a Tour Booking we will request your pickup location which will be stored with your profile and booking records. We will also log your GPS location when you make a booking (if you approve to provide this information via your computer or mobile device during booking) and also when you are picked up and dropped off (via yours and the drivers application) and will store these with a booking record and your profile. We will also keep a record of your billing information to allow you to make quick tour payments by simply using your registered mobile number, password and a payment PIN to charge the TOUR fees to your Tours account.

We use this information to fulfil your tour booking requests, to validate when tour trips booked via our Apps have actually taken place, if they are completed correctly, to provide a log of the tours for safety and security, and to match payments against tour information in case of a credit card dispute.

We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, our cookie information and the page you requested. We use this information to ensure that we have optimised our site to perform correctly, to improve ease of use and to gain general information about how our services are being used.


Cyber Digital Systems Ltd will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. We will only send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:

  • We have your consent to share this information
  • We need to share your information in order to provide the product or service you have requested, for example to despatch a Tour Driver to you.
  • We need to send information to companies that work on behalf of us to provide a product or service to you. (Unless we tell you differently, these companies do not have any right to use the personally identifiable information we provide to them
  • beyond what is necessary to assist us). We insist that any such third parties abide by the UK privacy law;
  • We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process; or
  • We find that your actions on our web sites violate our Terms of Service or any of our usage guidelines for specific products or services.

    Cyber Digital Systems Ltd may set access cookies on your computer. Other companies do not have access to our cookies.


    Your Account Information is password-protected for your privacy and security. In certain cases we use industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions. We strive to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of personally identifiable information of our customers. We use a variety of physical and electronic security measures including restricting physical access to our offices and firewalls and secure databases to keep personal information secure from misuse, loss or unauthorised use or disclosure. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure.


    You as an individual are responsible for the security of and access to your own computer and mobile device.
    It is recommended you apply a PIN number to your mobile device to prevent access to the device if it is lost or stolen.
    If you share a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place like a library or Internet Café, do not save your password in the browser. Remember to close your browser when you have finished your user session. This is to ensure that others cannot access your personal information.
    If your mobile device or computer is stolen you should also notify us so we may block your user account and allow you to change your password and payment PIN.


    You have the right to access most personal information we hold about you and if we deny access in some circumstances we will tell you why. To request access, please contact our privacy officer as set out at the end of this document.
